Through His Blood

Ephesians 1:7

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

Several times in the book of Ephesians this little phrase is used. It seems to be insignificant. but when God uses it so many times there's a value to it. it will reveal to us who we are putting our trust in. All that have ever been redeemed and all that will be redeemed have put their trust in this person Jesus. His blood is the only blood that will bring you forgiveness. In verse 11 of this same chapter we will receive an inheritance in the same name. In verse 13 we're putting our trust in Jesus for salvation and we're sealed with the holy spirit of promise. In chapter 2 the Bible tells us that in Jesus name God places every one of us in a particular church. God compares the church to a building. He talks about the construction of the church how God as a master carpenter puts everyone in the church they fit in. in chapter 3 we have boldness with confidence. This might be the reason why this world is falling apart. because they're not putting their trust in the whom the Bible is telling us about, but in everything else.
